Booking request

Terms and Conditions

There is a minimum booking period of 10 days (9 nights).

This request is NOT a guarantee that the apartment is available and that your booking is valid. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your request or to arrange another date together.

The rental contract starts on the day  of arrival at 5 pm and finishes the day of departure at 10 am. Exceptions are possible only upon agreement with the owner.

We gently ask you to communicate your time of arrival by telephone at least 4 days in advance.

Your confirmation of the tenancy is officialised by your advance payment of 30% of the total amount of your fee. You will pay the rest  at your arrival to the person there present.

 

Security Deposit:

We ask the client to pay a deposit of the amount indicated on this present contract at his arrival. In case of damages, the last day to the client’s stay the necessary deduction will be kept by the owner.

 

Cancellation:

All cancellation has to be notified by registered letter or email.

– cancellation before the client’s arrival:

The owner keeps the advance payment. Furthermore, the owner can ask the total payment if the cancellation happens in less than 30 days before the day of arrival.

If the client doesn’t arrive in the 24hours following the day of arrival indicated on the contract, this present contract falls and the owner has full disposition of the house.

The owner keeps the advance payment and will ask also to pay the full amount of rent.

-When the duration of the stay is shortened the owner keeps the full amount of rent. He is in no way obliged to refund the client.

 

This present contract is made for a maximum of 4 persons. the owner can refuse access to people when their number at the arrival is bigger than the capacity of the house or apartment.

All breaking or modification of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the client.

It is not allowed to change the placing of the furniture in the house.
